Sears Appliance Repair

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received through my home warranty company using Sears for a dishwasher repair. I have now had seven appointments scheduled. Out of those, four were rescheduled and three were complete no-shows. I have missed three full days of work waiting for technicians who never arrived. That is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there is no way to reach a real person. The phone system is AI only and does not allow you to speak with anyone. The chat feature will not let me move forward because it claims it does not recognize my phone number, even though it is the number on the claim. BUYER BEWARE!! Although Amir provided great service (he showed up), I will never use Sears Home Repair again. Since Sears has decided to use a 100% AI model for customer support, you can’t call and reach a live person, although they provide several phone numbers on their site, the support is useless if there are questions/concerns. I scheduled service online for my day off between 8 am and Noon. Everything was confirmed via the AI Chatbot and I received a text at 9:30 am that my technician was on the way. WARNING ⚠️ SEARS SERVICE REPAIR IS NOT THE OPTION YOU WANT!!!!! I am a homeowner with a home warranty that uses Sears as their third party. It is now 9/30/2025. I service request was placed with sears on 7/6/2025. My washer is still currently NOT repaired. They have no call no showed on three appointments as of today. Each appointment between the hours of 8am & 5pm. That means 9hours of waiting. Today again. No call no showed. I work from home and have a ring video on every entry point. They lied and said the came and I was not home. They lied. 🤥. My home warranty is with American Home shield . WAS WITH AHS. For Two months SEARS HAS BEEN JERKING ME AROUND. Their AI only access to customer service is trash and loops you around in circles. Even a rep from the warranty said they’re a nightmar

Not only was the repair not made but their driver left marks on my driveway. Trying to get a human on the phone has been painful. I'm going to contact the State Department as someone needs to pay to this off my driveway. In addition reporting how difficult it is to get a human on the phone. Looking at these reviews, this company looks like it needs to be investigated by CFPB; I'll be filing a complaint with them as well. And encourage everyone else to do so.
