Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Made a visit on Monday explained charges then order ed the part. Next day Tuesday part arrived I rescheduled for install. Had no problem getting another appointment. Now my inner oven glass door fixed and I’m back to baking and happy. Thank you

Had a fridge issue. Booked my appointment easily online on. Saturday. They came out Monday first thing in the morning. Thomas my technician looked everything over. Answered all my questions and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Our experience was great friendly service, knowledgable about our dishwasher. Before we knew it he was done, we are very confident in the service we received, happy we have someone to turn to keep our house running.

Brian was awesome! I just wish it was easier to speak to live agents. We both ran into issues getting my name and billing information corrected and updated for the contract because it was all originally generated using AI and automation through the phone when the initial service appointment was set up. Sadly it wasted several hours of time for the technician. He was not even able to connect with a live agent hindering being able to order parts so he could then set up and schedule the future repair. In light of it all he remained calm, polite and professional throughout. I am happy to be back with Sears service after many years and I highly recommend Brian.
