Sears Appliance Repair

I'd give zero stars, but it makes you choose at least one. Put in request for dryer repair a few days ago, and it was scheduled for yesterday between 8 and 5, no one showed up and no one called. Woke up to an email that it had been rescheduled for today between 8 and 5 and here we are 4:09pm and no one has shown up or reached out. No way to contact the company to speak to an actual person and find out what's going on. Will NEVER use Sears repair service again and definitely would not recommend them

The tech was rude while diagnosing the repair, then my appointment to complete my dishwasher repair was cancelled 3 days in a row. They are unreliable and extremely difficult to work with. I would consider this company a fraudulent scam. They have no live customer service reps to talk to either. Please do not use them.

Tech was great, Sears/GE should provide the tech with the proper diagnostic software to allow for a quicker more pinpoint diagnosis. The tech replaced multiple boards on my washer due to not being able to use factory software to show which one was the actual problem.

Our technician arrived on time. He called an hour out. He was courteous and got right to work. He explained everything along the way. Absolutely trust Sears and Jeffrey in all technical repairs

Yes I had a horrible experience with the company because I was told when the service was completed I owed nothing but in all my washer was finally fixed after 3 visits and after the washer was fixed my pipes broke and caused a huge leak in and all over my new shower wall and my laundry room floor and hallway and they made me wait until 3 pm the next day to send someone to tell me I owe after an unacceptable mess the repair man caused in my house now I owe and I have to wait for my homeowner insurance to come and fix their mess they left here at my house when I was told by 4 different employees that we don’t owe because we encountered problems with them attending to our washer problem even when I purchased the plan they told me I only owed 150 and I had a check ready to pay and they told me
