Sears Appliance Repair

Friday, January 2, 2026 Mr. Carl and Mr. Jaylin were both pleasant and professional. They immediately went to work and were happy to answer a couple of questions. They are well mannered young men,--true gentlemen. Separately, this customer recommends Sears home protection plans. The coverage is comprehensive and it is not necessary to chase after Sears for claim coverage as it is with most other warranty companies. Sears has a long, long record of customer service and is worthy of its stellar reputation.

Mark has serviced our washer before. He is totally awesome and professional. Chris as well. They worked hard for 2 1/2 hours, got our washing machine cleaned out and fired up. I’m definitely gonna request them. Should we have another appliance repair required!

I do not recommend simply because they overcharge. My washing machine has been giving a door lock error and was quoted over $900 to replace the main control board. I looked up the model and the main control board only costs $158 so the part itself is barely anything compared to what they charge in labor. I found another appliance company that is charging $198 for the part and only $75 in labor and they’re even willing to let me buy the part separately for cheaper and only charge the labor fee. Sears is a rip off.

Micah P. was awesome he did a great job explaining everything to me. Fixed my problem quickly and cleaned up everything well. He was very pleasant and highly recommended him.

I went through my home insurance for my Samsung refrigerator to be repaired. I had 2 different technicians come out to my house in a span of 3 weeks because parts had to be replaced. I would give Mr. Alberto 5 stars because the other technician had me frustrated. Long story short there was something Alberto had to figure out and he listened to my concerns and took care of the situation immediately and because of that alone ai would recommend him. Thank you Alberto!!!
