Steven was an amazing technician. He was very open and upfront regarding the issue I was having with my washer. He spent the time to explain what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I would recommend him to everyone.
Steven D. was polite, friendly & professional. He was also very knowledgeable about the repair he was doing, even able to give others direction over the phone while he worked on my repair. Additionally, I did not have to wait all day for his visit since I may have been his first stop & he was able complete the repair quickly. I feel very grateful for his visit today.
Tech was very efficient and very polite very nice got my dryer fixed and I'm very pleased with his work thank you. This was warranty work as my dryer is only a few months old thank you
