Our AC went out on a Saturday morning, so I called not expecting to hear back until Monday. Within 20 minutes I received a text from Josh saying he was on the way. He was awesome and had us up and running in a little over an hour, clearly explaining two issues that he found and what he did to fix them. Price was extremely reasonable for a weekend call in the middle of an August heatwave. 10/10 experience, Watson and Clayton now have a customer for life!

Fast response and honest. As a single, female homeowner I have found it hard to find honest contractors. Watson and Clayton is the only HVAC company I will ever use.

Fantastic Service Provider. We come home from church Sunday afternoon to discover our furnace had suffered a major malfunction. To make matters worse, the high temperature for the day was only 15 degrees! I call the after hours line to request assistance, and received a call from the technician within minutes. When I told them that I had 2 adults in there upper 70's with multiple health concerns, they arrived at my home in NO TIME!!! He quickly determined the issue and had my heat pump back up and running in minutes. I can't say enough about the great service I received. Damien was fantastic and I will happily recommend this company and this technician in the future!!!
