Absolutely Outstanding Service! I couldn't be happier with the drier repair service I received from Shaun G. From start to finish , he was professional, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a clear and friendly way, and had my dryer working no time. Honest, attentive to details. It'd rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, he exceeded all my expectations.

I've used Sears appliance repair in the past, and wanted to get confirmation on an issue we were having with our dryer. The service technician explained the issue and gave me some good advice. I chose not to get the repair done as the repair was as expensive (or more) than a new dryer, and didn't want to put that much money into repairing a 19 year old dryer. My only disappointments were the part and labor cost for a new motor (as I easily found a replacement part online for about 30% of the part price I was quoted), and that we probably spent more time talking about a home warranty and it's benefits (as well as the cost which was almost equal to a new appliance). Oscar the Tech arrived promptly as promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator and then tried to order the replacement part, only to find out that Kenmore discontinued that item. We checked 4 other appliance parts outlets and none of them carried the part we needed. Oscar could not do anything more to repair my fridge and he notified his superiors that my fridge was "toast" and to submit a claim to the warranty provider.

I do not agree with the service charge of $299.00. Even though I didn't pay anything at this tune up visit, I have got offers from heating companies in the area to come and do the same thing for $59, special; regular price $89. For you to charge $299 is not realistic. If there were some repairs then maybe that charge. I am still going to get another company to come and do the tune up again because the tech who came did not explain what was done. I need to know if the pilot is functioning well with no gas leaks etc.

We had 3 different people come out to fix our oven, the first person left the temperature sensor outside of the oven and ordered us an ignitor. The second person came and put in the new ignitor but didn't fix the sensor. 3rd person Oscar, finished up the job. The AI is awful, I needed to speak to a person and that is not an option. Thank goodness Oscar called before the appointment, because they were going to charge us a fee AGAIN for him to come out and fix what the other 2 didn't fix. We paid $415 for 3 people to fix an ignitor and temperature sensor. I would have bought a new stove if I knew it was going to be this pricey and cause this much headache! Thank you to Oscar for fixing it!
