Serviceman came out and told us we need needed an igniter element but he didn’t have one in the truck. We ordered the part instructed ourselves on Amazon and it doesn’t match! We shouldn’t pay to have someone come out again with the correct part. How will you resolve this problem?

Refrigerator hasn't been fixed yet. Eric was very unfriendly and cannot figure out what is wrong with the icemaker. As a family, we don't have a refrigerator for over a month. Customer Service is awful. You cannot speak with anybody. I need somebody to come back and fix outgoing issues.

I loved that I received updates to know when they would arrive within the window. they were cordial and introduced themselves, explained what they did and why and were efficient with the repair.

Scott was great. Super friendly, knew what the issue was, had replacment parts in his truck, and took care of the issue.
