Mark arrived on time and he explained his process. He took apart the washer and thoroughly inspected the control panel, hoses and drains. Mark took his time and did not leave until he knew that we were 100% satisfied with his work. Mark provided us with many helpful tips on how to keep our washer running efficiently for many years to come. Mark clearly knows his stuff and it was a pleasure to make his acquaintance. Clean, polite and professional. That is what I call service! Mark is the embodiment of Great Customer Service!

They only use AI bots for customer service. Can't get a real person on the phone. The robot told me $99 to clean my dryer vent so I made an appt., then got a text saying $119 just for showing up. No idea how much the real cost would be. No easy way to find out. I cancelled my appt. TERRIBLE!

Technician was great and very knowledgeable. He explained what happened and process. Was not really happy with appointment time and updates. We were scheduled from 8 am to 12 pm, technician should up appropriately 12:45pm. We received no updated on delay or explanation for delay. I feel better communication would have been better.

The technician did a great job to fix my heater. The montor went out and he called to get the part, it was the last one in stock and he fixed it. Very happy with Sears service. Thank you so much.

The motor went out on my fridge but I bought the extended warranty so this guy came out and said it was under Samsung warranty still so I had to go through Samsungs. I told him Samsung manufactured warranty is only one year, he said not on everything. Called Samsung But they said they warranty is only one year that I needed to use the extended warranty. I purchased so this lazy guy just didn’t wanna do the job cause it’s gonna be a lot of work. Haven’t had a working refrigerator for two weeks now I need to make another appointment with these people to have them come out again, which takes about a week for them to inspect it and tell me my motor went out and then they’re gonna need to order a motor, which is gonna take another week
