He did a great job. Was polite and professional. Also explained some things that will help use get better use and longer life out of our washer.

Professional. Got right on the job. Communicated that he needed parts. Scheduled us an appointment the following week. Parts arrived at our house. Horrible experience,The technician was very nice. When I scheduled the appointment I told the representative what was wrong with my washer. He told me the tech would have the parts and if I chose to have it repaired I would not be charged for a service fee only the repairs. Tech came out looked at it charged me 129.00. Then made me aware he had to order the part and that I would be charged an extra fee because he would need a helper. Not to mention I found out this morning I couldn't pay the tech cash only credit card. Which I was not made aware of when I scheduled the appointment. I am totally disappointed. I basically just gave away my money.

I am home waiting on the fourth technical to come and repair my dryer. Three have come to my , two have come blaming the other for not ordering parts. We have rearranged Doctors Appointments on Three different occasions , canceled a Saturday obligation, and continue to get messages that a repairman is scheduled. I even got a bill and a survey today. No one has been here. My rating is -1. My dryer has been out of service since 8/21/24. I called sears the week it went out. The Saturday that a tech was to come out, a lady called from Sears stating he was sick and wouldn't br here at 11:20a.m . I will definitely rate your service.

The technician was the best. Even when I was questioning him a lot. He reensured and recheck lines and explained what I was seeing to me. I appreciate his patience and professionalism. 5 star rating. 10 out of 10.
