Sears Appliance Repair

This repair was so complicated and chuck was absolutely amazing! He never gave up, had the best attitude and customer experience I've ever had! Give that man a huge raise. He is the heart and soul of the service industry! I highly recommend chuck and you can’t find a better employee to represent your brand!

Had an appointment window between 7am-4pm and no one showed up, tried calling and you can't get a human. Waste of an entire day, don't waste yours.

Joseph completed the repair with no problem. My only issue was not having timely updates to his arrival on the day of service. The website link to our appointment never updated the time or the map, accurately or in a timely manner. Additionally, our original service date was on a Saturday; because, of our work schedules. When the scheduled technician had a vehicle incident, we lost our service appointment. E were not informed of it until later in the day, after waiting all day and trying to reach someone for an update several times. Instead of automatically rescheduling us for first thing Monday (my one day off), we were bumped to Tuesday and had to finagle work schedules. Dan came out and repaired our dryer. He replace the rollers and the belt. He did it quickly and professionally. He explained what needed to be replaced and why. He is a great technician! I cannot thank you enough for sending him out! I am so glad I called you. I will definitely reach out again if necessary. Thank you so much for the great work and fair price! He was such a great guy, couldn’t ask for a nicer person. He was very friendly, explained everything, and it was no problem whatsoever. I hope that I ever have anymore concerns with any of my appliances that I need your company for I hope I am possibly able to ask for him. He is great.👍😊
