Sears Appliance Repair

David was great!!!! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and left my place clean after the repair was complete. First time I felt confident in a service person’s ability in a very long time. Oh and he fixed my dishwasher!!!! Now if I could request David if I ever need a repair again. Would wait days/weeks to get someone this competent again. Thank you, David, for excellent work!!!!

Eric did an excellent job! He was polite and went right to work. Because we were told not to shut the frig off, he had to use a steamer to melt the ice in order to remove bad parts. This took more than an hour. After he had installed the new parts he told us to allow the frig 24 hours to cool down before loading any food. We did as directed, but after only 48 hours of running ice began to show. In about 24 hours the temperature in the refrigerator was 60 plus degrees. Something is not right!

Don’t let your insurance use them to do repairs!!!! I’m on tech number four to repair a dishwasher. Dave was the worse of them all. “ not my fault it still leaking” as he was here to repair it from leaking! He spent more time telling me about how he misses the good old day before computers than he did repairs the issue!!!
