I used the service for a faulty dryer drum and a broken dishwasher latch, and overall I had a positive experience. The technician Luis arrived on time, diagnosed both problems accurately, and explained clearly what needed replacement parts. The quote for parts plus labor was reasonable, especially considering the vintage model I have. Workmanship was solid, clean, and everything has worked well since. One drawback: their scheduling was a little slow to respond when I tried to follow up about another issue. Still, the quality of the repairs and the tech’s professionalism left me feeling confident I picked the right place.

Leonardo was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about fixing our dryer. I was very happy with the work that he did. He fixed our dryer completely and efficiently.

This was an extremely frustrating experience. I don’t recommend this service provider. They are now completely automated by AI, so if you have any issues that need to be addressed, you’re out of luck. They took my fee and then essentially slammed the door in my face because theres no way to contact any kind of customer support. Even sent messages on Facebook and instagram. Terrible. If this is the future of customer service, I hate it.

Jose: Was scheduled for an appointment between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. He arrived at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival I played a video of the sound the dryer was making when it contained a load of clothes. He watched the video and quote me cost for repairs of $800.00. He never inspected the dryer rather based on his experience and watching the video he knew the problem and cost would be. I had to make him earn the $139.00 diagnostic fee by opening the unit and showing me what’s needed to be replaced. Today, I looked on line and determined the parts were less than $50 - $75; therefore, Jose’s labor charge appears to be $725.00. I have used Sears many times and yesterday was the very worst experience I have ever had.
