Daniel has serviced our craftsman mower for years. His timeliness and attention to detail continues to be consistent. He reviews all the work performed and communicates clearly about the life of the mower and its parts.

The tech that came out was fine and paid the diagnostic fee. He wrote up what had to be replaced and the parts that were needed. So I had to call and schedule the repair. Called to schedule and the so-called AI system was a joke! Anyway, I got a day scheduled and I received a call and this guy said on the phone that he had to get the money up front before he even came over plus half the original cost of the previous visit for the diagnostic. I even had a written document stating the original quote for the repair which was completely different from what he was quoting me. DO NOT USE these people. To me it's a scam. Who prepays for work that's not done yet. Not me. Good luck in dealing with SEARS. They are nothing what they use to be.

We scheduled service 2 weeks in advance and received multiple confirmations of the service. We were told the tech would arrive 9/19/25 between 8am and 5pm. However, we waited the entire day and no one showed up. There was no text or message indicating why the tech was a no show until after 5 pm when we finally received a text from the company's AI bot stating they need to reschedule. No thanks. We scheduled with another company for Monday.

Not convinced that the right part was ordered since they came back 3 times. Original part was rev A. Part ordered twice was rev B. I can not find a number to make a complaint AI takes over. Very frustrating Part shows 2 items can be ordered. Spent slot of money for nothing and Mom still a fridge that doesn’t work.

The repair was completed successfully. The necessity of putting repair personnel out on such a wide range of manufacturers products invites dubious results, but the technicians overcame these difficulties to deliver the product to working order.
