Mark is very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed our dryer issue and was able to get it back to working order once the needed parts arrived.

Called Sears At Home Service for dishwasher repair,they offered same day service,most other places I called were 3-4 days out,something came up on my end and I had to reschedule until the next day.Appointment was set for 8am-5pm they notified me at 7:45 am a technician was on his way,David from A&E was super knowledgeable and efficient and had us up running again very quickly,I highly recommend them!!!!

The technician Mark, was excellent! He explained everything in terms I could understand & was very respectful. I enjoyed talking with him.

Corey was a pleasant young man and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and explained the steps to follow in case I ever have another problem with my lights. It a pleasure to meet him.

While my appliance was fixed, I was unhappy with the amount of time it took from arrival to completion. The technician arrived to my house well before the second “estimated arrival time”. They sat in my driveway for 10-15 minutes before even calling me. Then, they stated that they had “just got there” and said they would be inside in about 4-5 minutes. I waited, again, another 10 minutes. The amount of time it took to fix the appliance could have been done in the time they were sitting in my driveway (parked in the middle blocking the entire thing). Also- I was not notified of what I can expect when using the first few times, such as burning off of coatings resulting in a burning plastic smell. I understand completing paperwork, however, park in the street before parking in the drivew
