Nicolas has been here before, we really like him, a very friendly guy.. the washing machine had too many things wrong w it to repair so Lowes is going to relace it

Trevor was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me my options. The service call charge was a little high which can be applied to any repair, unfortunately, SEARS charges wayyy too much for parts & service. Thanks Trevor

I scheduled a repair because my dishwasher is not draining water. Brian came out and said it’s because the filter needs cleaning after every wash and all dishes need to be scrubbed completely clean before going in. He told me I have to manually drain the water out after every wash. When he left there was still standing water in my dishwasher and he did absolutely nothing but tell me modern dishwashers suck and left with $129. He didn’t even get the water to drain. I’m having to get another technician to come out to address the exact same problem because he didn’t even manage to get the water to drain out while he was here and the exact same water is still in my dishwasher. Wasted a whole day waiting and $129 for a pessimist to tell me he hated modern dishwashers and to do absolutely nothin

Absolute rubbish customer service. It's AI only which means they do not have a real person to answer the phone. You can schedule service with the "AI" customer rep, but who wants to do that? If they can't afford a person to answer the phone I don't want to do business with them. I want to be able to explain my issue. Rubbish!!

Not his fault he did a good job...but I missed 3 days of work because you guys canceled last week...he was in a rent a truck and nothing with him...we had to use some of my tools. Unexeptable and count me out of your program.
