Adair was outstanding and a true professional in every way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what I must do to make the refrigerator safe for the repair. The part came as promised and gratefully he was also the tech who got the return call. He accomplished the repair quickly, (thermostat) explaining as he went along and further, detected a second issue with the heater coil. He explained my options and what signs I should watch for which would necessitate a second repair. I cannot compliment him enough on his friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency. Our service man today was great. This was my free Maintenance check, to be sure the freezer was working correctly. So there was no cost. Virtually all of your service people have been great. I can only think of one bad one several years ago. Our washing machine had overflowed, making our fitted carpet sodden, which we had to take outside to dry. He said nothing was wrong with the machine, but if it happened again, just call Sears and they would come clean it up! (we sometimes have to wait 3-4 weeks for a repair person to come!) An absurd response. We had a different repair man come as soon as possible, and he discovered a part that needed to be replaced. Replaced top rack , after he left I went to load and right side of top rack fell off when pulled out to load dishwasher , I have now another new claim … hopefully with a new tech that knows what they are doing !

This was the worst service experience I've ever experienced in my entire life. The technician was malignant from the time he got out of his car. He explicitly stated, before leaving my house, that he likes to argue. My oven wasn't working and all that needed to be done was to turn the gas back on to the oven. Why the technician didn't check that the first time he came to check the oven issue is beyond me. The next time I have an issue with my oven, no matter how minor the issue is, I will purchase a new stove rather than deal with this company ever again. I have a great local applicance store where I will go for a new appliance. This experience dragged out over a week and it was a simple fix that was overlooked by a "professional."

Stephen has always been very patient in analyzing whatever issues that I have with my snowblower, I have had him on a number of occasions, he is a problem solver and gives excellent advise on how to keep my snowblower from issues. Very accommodating and I am very pleased with his workmanship.
