Todd was very courteous. Unable to fix at time he didn’t have part in truck plus not sure we wanted to repair at that price or just replace oven.

Joe was a very nice guy. He helped me understand my filter on my refrigerator better.

Friendly, seemed knowledgeable, but unable to find the intermittent shut down. Arrived 40 minutes later than stated. I personally figured out what is wrong, the auger in the ice bin was packed with ice so I believe that was tripping the breaker. So I got nothing for the charge.

Repair man didn't show up during the allotted time frame which was a generous 4 hours. Then when I was promised a repair man the next day, and he was a no show. Finally got my fridge serviced almost a week after the promised date of repair meanwhile my fridge wasn't staying cool so I had grocery loss. The repair man was even late on the 3rd attempt for repair services. It is nearly impossible to speak to a live person when calling the company. Everything is AI and if you get lucky enough to talk to someone then they cant be understood because they cant hardly speak English. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
