Ben did a great job of diagnosing my problem. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what will be needed. I appreciated the time and effort he took to find the root cause. Very good technician.

The repair man was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem quickly and found the part locally. He was able to return the next day to replace the non-working part in a short amount of time. Heat began flowing through my home. Thank you!

The dish washer is still leaking. The repaired guy raised the washer up knowing that it was leaking when he got here. He witnessed the leak himself multiple times. Unfortunately, the repair guy was continuing to say it was fully and completely fixed. I don’t like the comment he made when he said that he only seas the leak when he leaves, when he actually wintered it three time himself being there present near the washer with his light on.

Ben came in and helped me diagnosed what was wrong with my fridge and even tried looking for the cheapest option in terms of the part that was needed. Giving Ben 5 stars but as for the price of the parts and service which I know is above him seems unreasonably high. The total cost came out almost what we paid for the fridge itself.

Sears Appliance Repair is horrible! It took them 3 months to repair my washer. 8 service calls, 2 no shows, appointment cancelations, then the same repair guy tells me he is not qualified! Today they send a different guy, less than 30 minutes it is fixed. Never again
