Randy came same day I called. Came and diagnosed the problem. I had someone else who had replaced a fan motor and it was running backwards. Randy was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was when he first looked at it. Very pleased with service and charges.

Landon was very professional and well mannered. So glad to have our icemaker fixed!

Even though it took awhile for the refrigerator parts to be ordered. The technician did a good job of getting my refrigerator working again.

Our technician did everything possible to get our appliance working again. This involved multiple service calls. He was always prompt, courteous and professional. Although unsuccessful at no fault of his own, he worked diligently with our home warranty service to initiate the process for replacement.

The technician that came out was knowledgeable and took care of the Washer. I also had a work order for the Dryer, they would not let him install and I had ask for them to schedule at the same time. Same company doing repair, but have to come out on a different day. They had it scheduled for theb21st of June. Now has been moved to the 26th of June. They need to schedule with the home owner, so that I want have to be taking multiple days off from work. Not enough lead way from the computer system or either no one wants to do the common since thing.Schedule both services on same day would have been ideal. They finally scheduled my dryer and came and changed the parts they ordered. The dryer is making more noise than it was before they changed the parts(It's loud and annoying)
