Our service technician was (Dan). He was successfully able to repair our Maytag washing machine. Once Dan arrived, he was friendly, respectful, effective and efficient. There was an electrical wire that was underneath our washer that snapped. Within 30 minutes, he had the washer repaired. He even tested our washing machine to ensure it worked properly as to complete the work order before he left. This was covered under our warranty as we did not have to pay anything. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this service, including Dan specifically, to anyone needing a home appliance repair!

Sears Home Services (Toledo) was extremely frustrating to deal with. They were contracted by my appliance insurance company to check a faulty refrigerator. The initial service window was 7 a.m.-4 p.m., which is unreasonable and requires taking an entire day off work. When the technician arrived, there was no advance notice, and no one was home. Instead of rescheduling, they closed the work order and incorrectly reported to the insurance company that the job was completed. Getting help afterward was nearly impossible. Calls were routed to Al phone prompts that could not understand or resolve the issue. My insurance company had to step in and reopen the ticket. The gentleman who came to my house today was very, very polite and helpful. He made sure the work was completed correctly while keeping a positive attitude after a long drive and day. He was friendly to my kids and dogs. Highly recommend David Q. Well deserving technician.

First of all, he was polite. He took his shoes off before entering my home and he went through everything thoroughly to repair my refrigerator. After he got it working, he went through other possible things that could have went wrong and said that they looked good

We have a New Leaf warranty. Sears Home Services sent Joe to our home to install a temp probe in our 3yr old Frigidaire wall oven that had been ordered after a phone assessment by the warranty company. No technician had been sent prior to the order. Joe was prompt, courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable in repair of such devices. The replacement was done, but there still seemed to be an issue with the temperature. However, he could not get photographic evidence that would gain approval to replace a possibly defective board. He provided instructions on what we should do if the temperature should go out of range once again. We are very appreciative of his experience and technical abilities. We would give him 10 stars if possible!
