Sears Appliance Repair

Took 4 weeks to get oven repair completed. Numerous calls, texts, chats and emails. I will NOT call or recommend again. Editing because of owner review. Calling the customer service number referred to in the owner’s response will get you an AI robot that will not provide relief for your issue. I had to call another department and get transferred in order to speak to a human. I will also add that my part was about $100 and I was charged $300 for labor + $139 for diagnosing a problem that the oven diagnosed as an F9 error. Once you call the technician for repair the $139 is theirs to keep for just showing up. You either accept their estimate or you forfeit the $139. Once you sign the estimate you are at their mercy for whenever they decide to show up. I will try someone different with my

spent 8hrs waiting for technician no way to communicatr, time kept getting changed I was the last person on the list. I told him my problem about the motor not starting 60% of the time, Like the capacitor wasnt giving enough jump. He turned on the unit it ran, he tested and said motor was fine. He said he didnt have a capacitor he had to order one and anothr appointment would be made. I called the warranty company told them what happened, they got back with me two days later and said technician said nothing was wrong and closed out my service order...so he lied

Tech was great. Super friendly. Quickly diagnosed issue. I ended up declining repair due to cost being almost the price of a new appliance.

Charles was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator advised me to call LG because it was still under warranty.

Technician was very courteous and professional. Shared her findings with me and discussed recommendations very helpful.
