John from Sears Home Repair was a courteous and knowledgeable professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done with our refrigerator and handled everything efficiently. The technician refused to tell me what was needed to repair the cook top. He acknowledged a dent was on the back of the stove and the buttons stick on the control board but couldn’t wait to get authorization from 2-10 Home warranty. This is the 6th time Sears has come out.
