Sears Appliance Repair

Louis fixed an unusual problem with our dishwasher. We were so grateful for his professional, intelligent approach. He is both experienced and personable--really an asset to Sears!

Communication was terrible. Updated time of tech arrival, I waited for 2 hours & no new update and nobody to talk to, later updated another time again and again & same thing. Tech ended up calling me 4 hours later that he will be in 2 minutes. I had to sit home just waiting. had he called me earlier, I would have been able to communicate with the tech and not just wait hours because of the misinformation

Technician was very rude and resolved nothing! Sears failed to resolve the situation that has been on going since 2022 when the first part broke. Please keep in mind I live in our project apartment, so you all know any of you that have been to one of these apartments. The kitchen is super small. Both my mother board and 2 of the compressors of my fridge are broken. They expect me to stay without a fridge for a minimum of 3 weeks. I have to either rent a fridge or take $300 to cover some of the food that was lost! Tech estimated $780.11 repair in parts and $137.11 in service call, had a second opnion and it was just a bad sensor. Beware if you use this service, I would not recomend.

The service is unexpected I’ve been waiting on them since June and still no one came to repair my dryer had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed now I’ve been waiting again because something else needs to be repaired on my dryer and five times they have rescheduled my appointment smh and lets not forget that the technician is rude and say they came but no one was here after speaking to me on the phone to say he was on his way make sense please
