My technician Robert was very thorough and basically took apart the entire unit just to make sure all our bases were covered. He replaced the needed parts and took great care to make sure that nothing scratched my wood floors. He was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Gary was very pleasant n people friendly , advise on how to make AC work properly n more efficient 👍🏽was able to asses the problem n gave my AC unit a nice tune up for the AC units ave said it is still working well 👍🏽 well unfortunately my AC system went out 2 hrs after we thought it was fixed , now I need to call n have Sears come back n fix the AC unit to blow cool air not warm air 🤔😳😔

The technician was great. Your AI program sucks. You can’t even get through to someone to talk to. They never sent an email for me to get a NEW FREEZER. No one said how to get one. No one person even called. My computer is broken. It’s been 2 1/2 months since I had a freezer. I need a new freezer soon. So if someone can call that would be great. Send me something in the mail. That would help me out.

Our furnace was not working. Gary was very friendly. He gave a quote, then came back with the part he suspected bad. He also brought several other parts just in case. I like that. But he didn't need the other parts because he was right on the first part replacement. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and our furnace is working again.
