The repair man was amazing very educated very knowledgeable of the products made recommendations and was very detailed oriented had all the tools he needed and he went above and beyond

Serviceman didn’t check my sensor after I told him it didn’t work. Told me it was better to use “timed” setting! Changed my belt and charged me almost $400 for 15 minute job! Didn’t tell me how much it was going to cost before he fixed belt! Will never use this company again!

He was professional, timely and very knowledgeable about the issue he came to address. Excellent overall and I would not hesitate to have him back should any other issue arise. Freezer was under warranty so no charge for me too!

Our technician Mike was terrific! He called when he was on his way and once he got here which I appreciate. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and now my oven works again!

Very disappointing. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it, it stopped working the same day. I tried to get someone to come to fix it and they changed my appointment to VIRTUAL. How do you fix a washing machine virtually? Then they set up an appointment for me and cancelled mid day. They can't come until Friday. I haven't had a working washing machine for three weeks. Also, if you try to get help via phone its all AI. When I finally found someone, they hung up on me. Awful service. Don't use it!
