Sears Appliance Repair

This place is a rip off don't use them for repairs. I wish I could have given them 0 stars, but Google forced me to give them 1 star. I don't take the time to write bad reviews but I felt I needed too to save someone else the headache and spending hard earned money for nothing. I'm sure you are thinking its Sears they have been in business for years, but don't because that is the same thought I had. I just paid $138 ($129 tech fee + tax) for the tech to tell me it would be $1300 to fix my stove heat regulators. Which is insane considering I can get a brand new one same type for less than $1000. We have been experiencing trouble with the noise coming from our washer. We can’t help it that the drainage is going bad. We don’t won’t water all in our house. The tech had an attitude when he was explaining what was wrong and why GE would not repair. He was very close ended.

He was great.He was hear about 2 hours. It was a very old air conditioner. But he got it running . Thank you sears for sending some some one who knew what he was doing. And my home warranty for making it happen.

Eduardo R. was professional and polite. He replaced the heating element in the dryer and explained why it failed. He gave advice to have the dryer vent cleaned by calling a service that cleaned dryer vents.
