Karl did a thorough analysis of the problems with our dishwasher. We expected one problem but he found one that needed to be fixed immediately and another that was likely to be prepared soon. He agreed that buying a new dishwasher would be the best recourse.

am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I have received regarding my refrigerator repair, as well as the unprofessional behavior of one of your technicians. I opened an account with Sears last year when my refrigerator stopped working. A technician came and repaired the issue at that time. However, the refrigerator broke down again, and I scheduled another service appointment. Unfortunately, Sears canceled my appointment five times on the same day, each time citing that no technician was available. I waited for over two months for someone to finally come and address the issue. On July 21, 2025, a technician arrived. Upon opening the refrigerator door, he immediately stated that he could not proceed with the repair because the serial number was not clearly visible.

He did a great job explaining to me what happened and got it done very quickly
