Sears Appliance Repair

I made an appointment for Monday 1 to 5. At 5 the technician text stated he would not arrive unil 7 ish. I rescheduled to Wednesday 8 to 1, the technician didn't arrive until 2. Please work on this horrible time span. I wasted 2 days and the technician was still not in the assugned time span!!!. The technician was polite and informative, but the nature of the issue with the washer did not necessitate him looking at parts or dismantling the machine. He just advised on usage based on the model and showed me oicture of the mechanics of the machineto.prove there was no need to check filters, etc.. So while I did not have to pay for parts, etc. my wasted 2 days was not worth the service fees to stand and talk.

the guy Bruce they sent was a nice guy - so i give it 2 stars. But me and Chat-gpt know a lot more about my treadmill then he did. As I explained, my treadmill was shutting off when i was doing fast intervals (6:20 pace) but otherwise was fine. I bought a new controller board online and installed it. When i did that I also decided to lube the deck because it had been a few years. (in hindsight, only do 1 thing at time). When i turned it back on, the belt was jerky. I figured my deck belt adjustment for the lube screwed something up (which wasn't true.. read on). Bruce spent a while on the treadmill. I came to check on it - and he said its fixed. I turned it on a 1 mph and same jerky belt. He diagnosed - it must be the motor... but you can't get a new motor (from Sears.. but you

Just is very nice, polite, professional and have patient to explain what he is doing and why. The service was part of the warnty, I didnt pay anything

The tech was very nice and very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant. If I ever need a repairman again, I hope they send the same man

Service tech was forcing the new part so much that I thought it was going to break. I got the feeling he didn’t want me in the same room especially when he said “go sit over there”.
