Sears Appliance Repair

The first thing the repair person stated was that You MUST get paid before he could see my furnance. In what world of service, you pay first then they may or not do anything. This is a fraud, scam, beahre with Sears Repair people, they want your money and once you pay, they can say or charge you anything. Cancel your appointment ASAP!!! Don't get SCAMED!!!

Mr. Thomas is a senior technician with Sears Home Service. He is a very knowledgeable individual that knows his trade well and takes care of problems promptly, while also carrying on pleasant conversation with the client. I highly recomend him and anyone who gets him as a technician is very lucky.

Pleased with the quick professional service. Improvements you can make is to have a real human contact for customer service. I found that dealing with the website and AI assistants only may have caused delays in getting my repair as well as being overcharged. VERY confusing!

In the past we have been able to drop our equipment off at their locations. Now, a tech is sent to your home. Being disrespected at your house is not ok. The tech was rude and would only entertain the most expensive solutions. I would not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. My repairman..Tom was excellent. He took the time to explain every step and also answered all my questions.
