The service man was courteous and worked thoroughly to asses the issue and was able to recalibrate the washing machine. He also provided guidance on how to use our machine going forward. Great job!!

The technician was on time very professional and thorough. He explained what the problem was and was able to fix it. He got my dryer back working even better than before. GREAT WORK AND GREAT TECHNICIAN!!! Highly recommend this service!!!

Technician arrived but did not want to come inside my home to see the work to be done demanding service fee before starting. He refused to accept the form of payment that is stated in the work order and he cancelled the work order. He left me hanging without any recourse. Very poor attitude and a disservice to the brand name of Sears that I have trusted for so many years.

Terrible service for heating system repair under Choice home warranty. Said they knew the problem and part needed but then told Choice warranty they couldn’t repair it and cancelled the service without telling me. Do not use them for heating service!
