Fantastic service. Technican came out and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. Ordered the part and installed it 1.5 days later. And now we are back in business. I would recommend using Sears for appliance repairs to anyone after my experience. It's was a tad pricy, but you also get what you pay for.
Dmitri was courteous and knowledgeable. Although we declined the expensive repair estimate and contacted the manufacturer for warranty repair, he was nice.
The Technician was excellent, such a gentleman!! He was very professional and friendly. He did his best with the service!!
The service was great, once the right parts were ordered and received. The install was quick and everything is working and just in time for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much!!!!
