I had a problem with my heating system and Ronald, with his expert knowledge, was able to complete the job within a reasonable amount of time. Plus, he also showed me how to change my air filter. 5 star! Ron the AC service tech was awesome! He diagnosed the problem with my AC, guided me through the warrenty process which saved me 25%, performed a quick repair, and answered all my questions about the AC and symptoms to watch out for in the future. You can hire these guys direct or thru the sears home warrenty program which is managed by Cinch. Cinch is not a cinch to use. If it is something simple the computer can handle it Good, but if it is complicated it does not work and the staff dont know what they are doing. It is extremly painful to get full coverage from your warrenty with these guys at Cinch! I mean hours and days on the phone with a circle of 12 different people! Unbelievable.

Mohammad was kind and efficient. I'd give him 5 stars if he fixed our ice maker, but it is not fixed. No more ice has been made. Our problem was the ice maker was not making ice cubes. He hit the reset button and ice fell out. We could hear it. However, the ice maker is STILL NOT WORKING. So, we paid for the service call and NOTHING is fixed. No way to contact Sears Appliance as the emails I get are all "no reply." Really regretting the fact I contacted Sears Appliance Repair. Hope this review helps someone else.

They canceled my appointment at almost 3pm, halfway into my appointment window which was between 1 and 5pm. This is after I rearranged my day to be home. I was counting on this because I have water leaking on my floor and wet clothes locked into the washer that are probably going to be ruined with mold. Any other repair person I could have gotten set up is now going to take longer to get out here because I’m just now scheduling. Also, the appointment and all communication is done by AI, including when they texted me two hours into my window to say the appointment needed to be canceled, or rescheduled for three days later. I definitely won’t trust them again.
