Do NOT deal with these people!!! The diagnostic fee is $129. (It would have not been problem, if he could tell me what the issue was) So, I basically paid a tech for a 30 minute visit to push a few buttons on my front loader washing machine as he is on the phone researching what to do majority of the time) He starts a cycle, waits and watches for a few minutes and tells me he sees no problem. "Carter" (first name) never even unplugged it, pulled it out, or unscrewed a hose line for any possible problems! NOTHING!! As soon as he leaves I try to wash a load of laundry...well it's NOT FIXED, SAME problem!!!. I rescheduled to have a comeback. Mike came on time. He changed the control board in no time , he even showed me a different way to enhance cleaning on the pad!!! Great job!

Our service tech provided excellent service. He assessed our furnace issue in a matter of minutes and came back in a few days with the parts needed and got our heat back up and running. Total professional and we are very pleased with his services. Highly recommend.

The only negative remark I have is I couldn’t speak to a real person about the parts that were ordered, when I needed to. I didn’t know how many parts were ordered. We received one part, so I tried to reschedule the return appointment, but AI Samantha told me you were still trying to locate a part. I called again and somehow I was able to speak to someone in the office—not sure how I did that. Was told there were 2 parts ordered. So when the 2nd part arrived I again tried to reschedule the appointment— but AI still saying need to locate the part. I attempted to call multiple times and was unable to be connected to a live person. I found the Tech, Carter’s phone number in my recent calls. I called him to find out why it was still saying this online. He was very kind, and took the time
