Tech's level of professionalism was through the roof. Had our Kenmore gas dryer fixed like new in a short time. I called for an appointment in had a tech at my house within 90 minutes and he had the parts on his truck on a Thursday afternoon. You can't beat that.

Efrain Tech 117 is an incredible employee. Our refrigerator is covered by the Sears full home warranty and has been out of service and broken since August and we still don’t have a replacement and Efrain has tried his best to be the go-between and help us get through this because we’ve been customer for 20+ years. They keep sending him back to fix something that they don’t even make parts for so he took the parts back for after two months of setting at my house. I’m tired spending so much time on the phone,taking to a computer, then, when you finally reset a human voice, it’s someone that cannot speak English very well or very plain and then you’ve gotta go through explaining everything all over. Still waiting on a coupon from the Resolution department for a replacement Refrigerator, which

I think $434 is an astronomical charge for less than an hour's work. I had to wait 10 days to get service on my A/C in 90 degree weather. If this persists, sadly, I will not continue with this plan and will not recommend it to anyone else. I have always been very pleased with my Cap 10 Plan for years.

Just repair man, was amazing. He was very skilled in his profession, knew exactly what to do, he had the tools to do it with, and was outstanding in his demeanor and his professionalism. He represented your organization in and outstanding manner and I would definitely want him again should anything ever happen to my refrigerator again.
