Made an appointment through my warranty company for my Refrigerator. Appointment was set for 12/1. I received a text message stating my technician would be here between 7:25-8:56. At 7:26 I received a text to review my technician. No one showed up. I called Sears customer service and it is completely AI run. I could not talk to a physical person at all. I had to talk to my warranty company to find out the technician stated he tried to call and no one answered the phone so he didn't show up. I have zero incoming calls or voicemails. I live rather far from town, so my assumption is that the technician did not want to drive out and just stated that they tried to call without making the effort.

We had a burner that did not work correctly on a glass cooktop. The guys came out and replaced the thermostat and also gave us some good tips on how to seal up the edges. A couple of real friendly guys who knew what they were doing.

Cannot repair refrigerator. 135$ for 15minutes after having you wait all day. Even though appointment was scheduled a week in advance. The ai bot Richard tries to get you to move it up every day. Expect messages from 3 different numbers. Window in 9 hours and got service 30 minutes before that window closes expect a long wait. With zero comms until they are on the way.
