Excellent service, Christopher was perfect checked out everything on my washer and let me know what could be done! My washer is very old and most parts aren’t available anymore. So I’ve made the decision to just run it until it no longer works. If we’d ever need any of our other appliances worked on I’d differently call your company to take care of our needs. Thank you. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Parts were ordered and deliver to my house. They didn’t know, although I called multiple times and no matter who I talked to (half way around the world) I would have my appointments rescheduled out of nowhere because “the parts were not in” although they were. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting to get someone to come fix my dryer. I was guaranteed this last time that it was resolved and once again got an automatic reschedule notice. Terrible.
