White Mountain Heating & Cooling in Show Low was so was responsive when we called to see if they could move our A/C condenser on our back patio to the side of the house. Krystan came out within a couple days to give us a quote and was thorough and answered all of our questions. We accepted the quote and they scheduled the move in about 2 weeks. The team Woody and Denton texted us that they were on their way and they got here when expected. The lead Joe, showed up shortly after. They were extremely nice and went right to work. We expected it to take 4 to 5 hours based on the quote and they finished in just about 5 hours. We were very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They didn't try to up-sell us on anything and we now know if we need any work on our heating or A/C that

Had them come out to the H/O area to check on a loud squeaky noise occurring and found out it was the compressor. Opted to replace the entire unit which was over 20yrs old. Made an appt and front desk person (I forget her name) called to confirm a few days before they were scheduled. Joe and Woody came out and did a great job. On the day of the install, they called and let me know when they were on their way, were on time, friendly, personable and very efficient with their time. This company was referred to me by my neighbor friends and I was very happy with their services and prices. Will definitely call them for future issues.

WMHC Just finished installing 2 mini-splists in my Show Home and I'm extatic! From Krystan giving me the bid, to ordering the equipment, to the electrician, to the installation crew, it all went like clockwork! The installation crew was on time (not mountain time) extremely professional, friendly, got a few good laughs out of them, cleaned up after themselves, and about roasted/froze me out of house showing me how to run them in the main house and sun room. Job well done guys! Tipped them each $20.00 for for lunch 😋

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from White Mountain Heating & Cooling on my non-functioning furnace issue recently. Dallas came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and had it up and running in no time. He was very friendly and professional and definitely knows his trade. I highly recommend this company.
