Sears Appliance Repair

Barry called around 10 am during g the 8 am - noon window and told me he was running behind schedule and wouldn’t arrive till after lunch. We received a notification he would arrive a little after 2 pm and he did arrive. He was dressed in his Sears blue uniform and was polite and professional. He spent about one hour taking apart the lower part freezer Part and unscrewed the backing of the unit. He allowed me time to clean the bins and was patient to wait to help me install them back. He showed me the cost of repairs which would include a new compressor and total would have cost $1,300. So for $129 one hour of Barry’s time and service, he was able to get rid of the noise we were hearing. For that estimate we know we will plan to buy a new refrigerator asap before this compressor completely

Unfortunately Emmanuel forgot to attach a zip tie to a pressure hose so when I went to use washing machine right after he left it flooded our entire laundry room, kitchen and adjoining closet.he swore he would make sure we would get help the next day and i stead he didn’t not do what he said he would and we can’t get help. Don’t ever buy any thing from Sears or an extended warranty from them. I have a valid warranty for this machine and they will not honor their commitments to service or warranties and you will be left with nothing and no way to remediate, or get ANY HELP FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

The Technician removed the bolt on the motor of my LG washer and did not return it. Zero stars. Now that i could not have a second opinion about the Repair because of missing bolt.

*IS THERE A NO STAR OPTION? 1 STAR IS STILL TOO HIGH* We had an older gentleman by the name Jose M. stop by our place. If this technician comes to your house, immediately reschedule. He won't DO ANYTHING. He didn't even diagnose the appliances/machine. As soon as he see the appliance he'll jump on a call with someone and after about 45mins to a hour of sending picture and talking to ppl he'll leave your place saying he can't fix the unit. Unfortunately, he was the technician assigned to us to get our Washer/Dryer "looked at" (cause he didn't fix anything) on 2 separate occasions. And oth times he did the same thing. Never pulled out a tool, talked on the phone for 45 mins to an hour, took pictures, and left saying he couldn't fix it. First time he came and said he needed a helper techn

Great Customer Service from Jose. We use to have a home appliance repair warranty. Their service people were Rude, Not Respectful of us the customer and provided POOR Service. I cancelled them and called you.
