Sears Appliance Repair

Eric, Sears Appliance Technician was awesome. Both visits, he diagnosed the problem on first visit and installed part on today visit. I was very impressed with the speed at which he provided solutions. Very smart and professional. I recommend him highly. First American Home Warranty referred Sears/Eric. We are extremely satisfied.

Unfortunately terrible experience w service. First of all, was rescheduled twice for the repair. Then the 2nd technician said 1st technician misdiagnosed the problem. Both Marcus (1st technician ) and Eric ( 2nd technician) were very nice and very polite. Both of them claimed they knew exactly what was the problem. But with 2 different diagnoses, we have no way of knowing if 1st or 2nd diagnosis was correct. Very disappointed in Sears Repair Service and will not be using them again.

My furnace was not fixed. It is still continuously running. The problem was diagnosed as the thermostat needed to be replaced. The thermostat is set at off/auto and hasn't stopped running and blowing cold air si cr the technician left my house. So we stl have no heat.

5 out of 6 appointments were no shows. Do not use this company. I am working with a hine warrenty company so I am stuck. Have been without a refrigerator for months since all repair appointments are no shows.
