I went to use my washing machine after the repair and water is pouring out of the front of my washing machine. How can this happen? It so obviously isn’t fixed. We had a small tear in the rubber lining inside the door that caused water to leak under the front of the washing machine. When making the appt online we sent in a picture of the problem, that we had the replacement part and that we would need the dryer removed from the top of the washing machine for it to be repaired( per a previous technician that diagnosed the problem, they just didn’t have the capability of removing the dryer so we called sears) When I tried to call in and speak to someone after seeing that my washing machine was in fact not repaired and in worse condition, they only offer AI assistants. I could not speak to
Very bad service, dont call when they are coming to my home and dont call when they are at the door. They leave a message saying customer not home. Still waiting for the service to be done and it been over two month now and 10th appointment now. And when they come they cant touch the machines. Then why waste time ordering the part and then say you can't touch the machines. Only the first time they would call when reaching the customer home and they dont call once the part arrived. Two techs did the same thing coming to my place take a pic of my door and send a text to the company saying the customer not home. They are suppose to call when they are traveling to you house and call when they arrive. But they never did But it been like 10 appointment after the 1st appointment and they did not
Paid $530 for a repair for a refrigerator where the part cost $30 and nothing was fixed. I called the number that they have for customer service and all you get is an AI bot and do not speak to a real person. Finally, after about 45 minutes on the phone the day after the repair I got through to somebody. They asked me to unplug the fridge and plug it back in before they would reschedule a second appointment. I did that and nothing happened. I’m about to call again today to set something up. Each time I do this I have to miss work. Awful customer service so far, and it has cost me so much money already. I’m afraid to move forward, a refund is the best option at this point. Please beware if you decide to go with serious appliance repair! It will be more frustration than it’s worth.
The technician name is Scott and when I tell you super professional, diagnosed my problem in less than 5 mins and repaired my dryer in no more than 20. He cleaned up after himself and everything. Money well spent!
Scott was great, but the whole service is a rip off and lacks transparency. You're required to pay $130 and nowhere on the website does it tell you the cost of labor or potential parts. The driver told us that he was on his way, but that he didn't have his service vehicle because it's been in the shop for 2 weeks and so he didn't have any parts. Essentially we're forced to pay for a diagnosis which we already communicated upon scheduling the appointment. There is no number to call and if you chat online, it's just a robot that will only respond to specific prompts unrelated to our questions. Now I'm stuck with $130 bill and no solution because the parts weren't available + the job was going to cost $400 - half the cost of a new dryer.
