Sears Appliance Repair

Our repair guy was really nice & efficient at his job. We were really excited to FINALLY have our washer fixed since we haven’t had one since November 2025, which I find actually terrible service from Sears & SAMANTHA was NEVER able to help or pass me on to an agent or representative at any point. She would only keep repeating the same thing which she was not able to understand or wasn’t properly programmed to know a land line is not the same as a cell number, due to the fact you CANNOT receive a text on a land line nor email

Josh did a very thorough and complete check on our range, dryer, washer and dishwasher. We appreciate his expertise in this matter. These appliances are under extended warranty and there was not charge for the service.

Technician was courteous, knowlegeable and took the time to explain the issue with my oven and the cost to repair

Joshua C, Tech ID 0016204, came to check my dryer because it had been making a buzzing/humming noise three days prior. At the time he was there it didn't make any noise. I had also expressed concern that the lint trap had seemed a little damp at one point in conversation. He then asked if it was steamer compatible when I said to let me check he said no, I will. He then proceeded to attempt and reach behind the back of the dryer, in which he got on and dented. When I tried calling the number that he called me on there was no answer and I left a voicemail in which I have yet to receive a call back. I also spoke with someone by the name of Ben who stated that someone from Management would be calling and that has never happened either.

Induction Frigidaire Range Repair: I had a very unpleasant experience with this so-called repair company. Although the repair technician, Andrew, appeared to be experienced, he ultimately provided inaccurate information in his report. Additionally, he failed to show up for appointments three times. Despite this, he falsely claimed to have completed the work by submitting reports to my email. It was a very disappointing experience.
