Bob and his team did an excellent job on our garage door. His presentation in the home was very easy to understand, he presented us with all the options and worked on a price that met our budget. His workers were in and out within 2 hours and our door was replaced. It’s extremely quiet and was installed perfectly. Highly recommend his service to replace that old garage door!

This was a pleasant experience from booking the appointment to the service gentleman who arrived to fix my problem. I could not get my door open since one of the wires snapped. I needed same day service. The gentleman who took my call was pleasant and seemed concerned about my problem. He put me on hold and checked with one of his technicians and when he came back told me he was able to send someone that day. Needless to say, I was very happy. The technician that arrived was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me - what he had to do and the cost. I WILL call Sears first if there is a next time.

Our experience with Sears Garage door people was great. the sales people were very informative on which model we needed and when the scheduled install appt. came up the installer was right on time (called that he was 10 min away and if there were any special instructions he needed to know!). He let us know everything he was going to do before doing it so we would know. He was neat clean and professional in the installation, and it wet quick. He helped to update the pass code for opening the door from the pass-lock panel & went through the papers we needed to sign. All in all we were quite happy with the service, and not only will we use them in the future if needed, but will also recommend them to all our friends/family!! Than you.

Sears garage door in CT really went "above and beyond the call of duty" when I called them in a panic after accidentally hitting the frame while backing out of my garage. It was knocked totally out of line and would not close. Even though the mechanic assigned to our area was busy and then called in sick the wonderful gal in charge did not let me down. She quickly called a rep in a adjoining area and sure enough he was there later in the evening to fix it all in no time flat! Very impressive service in an emergency. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was fair and they are very very good people.
