The number on the website redirects you to med-alert. I called twice and they automatically start offering you "free gifts" to provide your information. The agent on the phone was completely oblivious to the fact that I was not connected to the service I was calling for, which I don't understand how that's possible bc I doubt I'm the only one calling to get in touch with sears... or have they become so obsolete that no one is trying...? Smh. Frustrating.
Sears said they have no one in area to repair my mini split system. I'm very poor reason in my opinion because I see Sears repair vans going past all the time. Terrible I will not use Sears again.
Came on time completed the job and were great. Very satisfied!
