Everyone was outstanding from sales to installation. Connor was our salesman and he was so down to earth and took time to explain things and get us the best option. Ritchie and the installation team got our furnace and A/C installed in no time! Christy was very helpful getting everything set up for us and answering questions. Overall very happy with everything.

I’m very pleased and satisfied with my shower stall remodel. The materials are sturdy and of good quality, I hope they hold up as time goes by. The installer (Jermaine) was very professional, cleaned up after himself and did a fantastic job overall. The bathroom looks great!! Thank you!!

The service performed was excellent. The two gentlemen who performed the installation did an outstanding job. Very professional and personal. They worked efficiently. The cleanup of the old system was perfect as was all of the service they performed. I would highly recommend not only Sears but also the two technicians for the awesome service they provided.

I had a complete new Heat Pump furnace and AC installed. A big investment that made me apprehensive and nervous but Sears really made the experience pleasant. I made an inquiry on a Sunday & Sears immediately responded, the rep came out that Monday to explain everything, and it was completely installed on Tuesday. The work only took half a day and was done very clean & professionally. I feel very confident with this purchase the new system is a big improvement to our home. I would very much recommend Sears HVAC without hesitation.

Kurtis arrived early, promptly got to work on the dryer, diagnosed the problem and had the part for the repair, so he got the job done quickly and efficiently. He also recommended we take a look at the Sear's Home Protection Plan to see if it compared to our current home warranty plan for coverage and price, and we really appreciated that.
