Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Our warranty company sent Sears out to fix our washer. They were easy to schedule with. They have a website that keeps you up to date on your repair and it shows approximate time they will arrive. John was our service technician. He was very professional and told us what he was doing and what the codes mean. He ordered the correct parts and he installed them. He was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

The technician that came out could not have been any more polite, informative, and helpful. The price for the repair was absolutely Ludacris. We know how much the parts cost because we have purchased them in the past. To charge $399 for parts that cost $35 is simply outrageous and unconscionable. The only reason I gave two stars is because the technician was fabulous. On another note, I was supposed to have another technician come out the same day and I sat around until 530 when I got a text that he wasn’t going to be able to make it that day. I’d like to discuss that further with somebody because I want to charge you for the time I sat around waiting.

Excellent experience! Initial appointment the washer problems were diagnosed and needed parts were ordered. Parts arrived quickly, and follow-up appointment was made two days earlier than original follow-up appointment! Juan the technician did an outstanding job - he arrived on time (even a bit earlier too!), was very friendly and courteous, answered my questions and explained what the problems were and the repairs that were done. Highly recommend Juan and the Sears company!

This has got to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not only are they difficult to work with, they are incompetent and broke my washer. I made dozens of calls trying to reach someone to help me resolve the issue but no one would help me. They just kept sending me to AI or to someone that would tell me I had to talk to some other department. When they finally sent out another technician, he said if he worked on the washer, he would have to charge me another service fee to diagnose the problem that the first technician caused. So now I have paid a diagnostic fee and I am left with a broken washer that they broke. The washer constantly drips now and I have to shut off the valves to stop it from dripping.
