Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

The salesperson spent two or more hours with me explaining Sears roofing products and installation. I was impressed with the fabric underlay shown to be superior to standard felt. The folks who came out to do the job were highly skilled and courteous (truck was from Angels Home Improvement). I was however, disappointed the crew left a hole in the fascia board (pictured). The crew leader told me before the job that they don't do fascia, but I was still especially disappointed that I had to re-stuff the hole with towels as they took the towels out and left the hole empty. Besides, on a 12K roof, why not just fix the hole? A minor disappointment was the salesperson said the crew had a magnetic wand to clean up nails. Very. Satisfied. I was kept informed throughout the project and the renovation was completed professionally at a reasonable price. My kitchen looks great and I'm already receiving compliments on the look.

We installed two front doors and storm doors we have put off for years and even though it was pricey, they are top quality and will last for the next 70 years I am sure. The process was painless and the installer was top rate. Our house is 74 years old and the door frames are not even, so it involved a lot of work, but we have an airtight house and they look beautiful. I choose the financing so we could get both done, and it will save us the money in the next few years by cutting down on the drafts we used to feel going thru the house each winter. My husband and i did a big kitchen renovation and had Sears do the cabinetry. When they were finished it looked beautiful. As time went on year after year we had problems with the cabinets pealing and the hinges locking. We called and had Sears come out many times. The beautiful cabinets we started with were not the cabinets we were continuing to have issues with. This last time was the worst. We called to schedule a service visit which was $100. The technician came out and told us he would have to call the office after viewing the cabinets and hinges. He called the office and was told that Sears doesn't carry these cabinets anymore and that they will call me with a solution. We received a call several weeks later from the service department. Mike and Louis (hope I got their names write, my handwriting is terrible) did a great job. I converted my master bathroom from a shower - tub combo to just a shower. Plus, I had new flooring put in. It is small master bathroom and my guest bathroom is larger with a soak in jacuzzi tub. They arrived on time each day and worked a full day. The tile work in the shower is perfect. The flooring is beautiful. There was no damage to my property. Every day when they left, they cleaned up everything. It was like they were not here all day. There was a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed and they took care of it. I thought that might come up and was glad when they told me up front about it. Very professional.
