Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Awful. A complete waste of our money and time. We hired Sears to fix the fan in our oven. It started well enough: they came, diagnosed, a part was ordered, delivered to us, and then it all fell to dookie. Dookie is the kind word for what it really was. On the day planned for repair, the technician came, looked at the part that had been delivered, said ‘This part is too damaged in delivery to work; I’ll take it and take care of getting a new part.’ We never got a new part. Meanwhile, Sears is perpetually trying to set up new repair days by calling me and I keep telling them “I don’t have the part to install.” They say I do have; it was delivered May 17. I then inform them that that was the original part. With each call, someone declares “I’ll look into it.” They hang up, maybe a week goes b
