Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

This company lies and wastes your time. It is taking them over two months to fix a single dryer (still broken!) because they keep on dragging on the process and tacking on additional costs. It would have been cheaper and faster to just buy a brand new dryer. They reschedule your appointments without telling you. People take days off work for those! One time they scheduled an appointment on the technician’s day off, and when we called to ask about it, they lied that not all the parts had arrived yet. All the parts were sitting on the table. The technician is fantastic but the customer service is horrible - they skate around the issues and then try to promote their subscriptions to add even more expenses. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. I would cancel my order if I hadn’t

Techs were nice. Customer service awful with scheduling. Unfortunately, washer still wasn't fixed after service.
