Do not rely on this company if you live in a difficult area to service, they will never show up, but they will call at the end of the day after you've been waiting, to say they can't come when you scheduled for between 08 and 12. This is the second time this has happened and after waiting over 10 days for todays appointment, this is very frustrating. If you have house warranty that uses SHIP, inc for HVAC, IMMEDIATELY ask for a new company.
GREAT JOB - Mike had to get Carrier involved to remedy the system version's, all matching the required settings. Love our system.
